Meet Second Moon Script, a romantic modern script shaped by expressive letterforms and a calm, balanced rhythm. Designed for harmony and effortless usability, it combines contemporary calligraphy aesthetics with a refined, confident flow that feels natural both in large compositions and detailed typography.

Following La Rumba, Second Moon continues my modern script series — a direction focused on emotional softness, visual balance, and professional usability. This release brings fresh flourishes, smoother connections, and a quieter, more intimate feeling to wedding and editorial typography.

Two complete families:
• Second Moon Pro — the most airy and expressive version, featuring the fullest range of uppercase and lowercase alternates
• Second Moon Neat — built on the same core font as Pro, but with a smaller-scale uppercase set and access to only a selected number of alternates
(All other glyphs remain fully available across both families.)

Five weights in each family:
Thin, Regular, Medium, Bold, Black
Each weight includes three outline systems:
• Standard
• Ex1 — reinforced baseline stroke for stronger presence
• Ex2 — optimized for small sizes and print clarity
This results in 18 fonts total, providing exceptional flexibility for print, digital, and large-format design.
Workflow & OpenType FeaturesFor maximum convenience, all alternates are accessible via intuitive codes such as A1, A2, A3 (or a1, a2, a3) directly inside design applications.

With Contextual Alternates enabled, Second Moon Script Pro automatically activates refined stylistic transitions, including: smoother connections between letters, natural handwritten flow, elegant entrance and exit strokes, special alternates for initial letters, final letters, and letters following capitals

All glyphs are fully PUA-encoded.

The serif font paired with Second Moon in the previews is Libre Baskerville, chosen for its classic contrast and elegant balance with modern script lettering.
